How We Live

Because of our small size, we also realise that individual performance is strongly tied with healthy personal lives. We are not shy in actively promoting a fanatically healthy culture in our company. For example:

  • Toby and Wilson goes to the gym 5 days a week
  • Toby goes for long runs once a week (15km++)
  • Budi takes 15,000 steps every day
  • Toby does one meal a day with a strict portion control (either 500gr of salmon, pork shoulder or chicken breast with 6 eggs)
  • Budi and Wilson subscribes to a healthy catering meal plan
  • Budi goes for a 7 day meditation retreat annually with his beloved wife, Gracia

This means that we don't have strict working hours. We trust our team members to get their work done, and we don't micromanage them. We believe that people are most productive when they have the freedom to work in the way that suits them best.

Mental Health

We take mental health seriously. We encourage our team members to take breaks when they need them, and to speak up if they're feeling overwhelmed. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we strive to create an environment where people feel comfortable discussing their mental health needs.

We also encourage our team members to pursue activities that promote mental wellbeing, such as meditation, mindfulness, and spending time in nature. We believe that these activities not only benefit the individual, but also contribute to a more positive and productive work environment.
